4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or contract. Unless otherwise specified, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients will receive ownership rights to the final deliverables, excluding third-party elements such as stock photos or licensed software. Launchly Digital retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose sensitive information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7. Project Timelines

Project timelines will be established in the project proposal. Delays caused by the client, such as late delivery of content or feedback, may result in project timeline adjustments. Launchly Digital will communicate any changes to the timeline promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

Launchly Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. If the client terminates the agreement, they are responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
